We went to the chip shop on the front of the pier. The chips were terrible and the staff were rude to all the customers. Will be avoiding next time we visit

Well worth a 5 minute drive south from the Pleasure Beach if you're looking for something a little calmer than full-on central Blackpool. Historic, quaint, but plenty to keep the kids entertained.
