The cosmetic area is a waste of space. Don't expect to be greeted or get any help with a product. On another note, the salon is A+ and the stylist are very friendly and knowledgable!

Do not come to this location if you do not know your products. The staff will not greet you, ask how you're doing, or offer assistance because they are not knowledgeable.

Large store with more variety than other San Antonio locations. But you have to pay attention at the register. The staff will ring up but will not pull free gifts unless you ask.

Their merchandise is never stocked. The employees never help you. Alamo Ranch location is much better if you're not sure what you need.
