If they don't have a book you're looking for, they will try to order it at the customer service desk. Great place and atmosphere! Rewards card is kind of costly unless you're a regular.

Finals week, early in the day, all kids are in school, we're quietly studying at the only open table at kids section. A manager makes us leave. 3 ADULTS came and told us she was dumb. Lame store.
