Sadly, i would say bad service they have. They should have more training so that they could solve problems by themselves. And dont with the frustrated face. The problem is just a small matter.

You can top up your TnG card at every watsons store nationwide without service charge! Better yet if you have a watsons card, you can collect points as well! Rm1 = 1 point
