It's a store that has a lot of variety in what it offers (clothes, food, home decor), but shallow variety. The grocery section, specifically the produce/meat section doesn't have a lot of options.

Not the very best Target in the area for trading cards, but they're always pretty well-stocked, and they do sell groceries.

Wow! It turns out that the best baguettes in town could be found in the Target, stores, of all places! They are sold on the half-baked form. My friend from France "sold" me this secret.
