HORRIBLE!!!! Worst Target ever! Messy is a understatement! Awful costumer service! Cashiers talk to other cashiers while checking out. Shelves are never stocked. It's just DIRTY all the time!

Highly disappointing with their Customer Service. They're rude and unhelpful. They don't seem to acknowledge the Customers concerns. Gina in Customer Service degrades the workers. Gina does NOT rock!!
