matter was resolved. Mattress replaced (it had no stains) and the owner was very nice about it. It did take a while, but I am happy with the result.

We try to encourage all of our customers to have a water proof mattress protector on their mattress to avoid any stains and thus voiding a warranty however we strive to be the best in customer service

You then stated it didn't have a stain and I said I would reprocess your claim. The owner left you a message this morning (7 business days total) and we hope to hear from you soon.

I left a message for you on March 25 (2 days later) but you never called back. I called again on March 27 (4 days later) and offered a credit due as a gift because with a stain your warranty is void.

nice people, but my pillow top mattress began sagging in the middle within weeks. Very uncomfortable with no support. Will be inquiring if they will make it good or not.
