A lot of empty stores but only because this place is so huge. A lot of mall staples are here, but a few are not or are about to leave. They do have the best kids play area.

Westminster Mall contains a variety of stores from small boutiques to large department stores!

Save yourself the time -- go to Cerritos, Brea or South Coast. Not much offerings here. Target is awesome though.

See the T-Mobile kiosk upstairs for the best deals. Its in front of Old Navy and those delicious Auntie Annes Pretzels
