Bring a quarter for the carts and bags for your groceries (or buy them there). They don't accept credit cards but most debit cards are fine.

Bring your bags, a quarter for your cart and patience. No gun like that idiot said. Figure out your optimal time to go. I don't mind maneuvering around old ladies shoppin deals in the daytime.
