We waited here 1 hour to receive the car. They even forgot our number and skipped it. No structure at all. Will never use here again.

Yeah you theoretically can get an upgrade, but Julian SUGGESTED that we should take the same car because it is better €&#{}*% BULLSHIT! They just don't want to give upgraides away #fail
