absolutely the worst experience i have every had with a rental agency from the hidden fees, having to fight to get my deposit back that fox claims was due to a billing error to incompetent staff

Just remember, you get what you pay for so take photos before you jump in that car! I did, when we returned the car they made us sign an accident report because “their” records showed no damage.

They will not make things clear of what you're buying. Never asked me if I wanted to purchase and just charged me. No refund.

I had rented over here for 2 years in a row once in CBX San Diego and other one in LAX and both times fast service and well reception, no extra fees and very clear all their terms
