So. Slow. That is 30 minutes of my life I will never get back. It would be nice if they would help all the people in line before going on break.

They require appointments now. No appointments for a month. Not to mention the fact that the worker was possibly the least friendly and helpful man I've ever met.

Now you need an apt to get passport. They are booked solid all the time. Couldn't get an apt for over a month. Also, they are very rude. Talk about a power trip.
