Be aware of which side of the station you want, they are offset and separated by the road bridge.

Hourly trains Northbound to Cam & Durlsey and Gloucester and Southbound trains to Bristol Parkway and Bristol Temple Meads. Selected trains continue to Great Malvern via Worcester

Trains are hourly, so try to avoid arriving when one just left. Like I just did.
